Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable.

I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this hotel. The breakfast was truly the worst I've encountered during my travels, with unappetizing dishes and terrible coffee. Additionally, the room was old and in dire need of maintenance, showcasing signs of neglect that made my stay less comfortable. I was also let down by the indifferent attitude of the management when I needed to leave early for a medical emergency.

The breakfast selection was comprehensive, with well-cooked, tasty food. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay, truly enhancing our experience.

The stay was pleasant, particularly the clean and spacious Superior Double or Twin Room. After exploring the nearby attractions, the peaceful outdoor pool was a great way to relax. It's also conveniently located near markets and the sky train station, making it easy to get around.

The executive suite was fantastic. Huge bed and clean every day. Great AC and well-stocked minibar. Breakfast was a feast with fresh fruit and tasty coffee. The spa was amazing, with back massages and beauty treatments. The pool area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, with comfy loungers and serene vibes. Tuk tuks were always available for trips to town.
